We’re Hiring: Head Barista / Senior Barista
Location: TAB X TAB, Westbourne Grove, London W2 Salary: £14 - £15PH | Day shifts only Plus: circa £800 per month - Your share of service charge
We’re looking for a skilled and inspiring Head Barista / Senior Barista to take a leading role in our front-of-house coffee team — following an internal promotion. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll:
• Set the standard for all drinks served • Train and mentor barista team for consistency • Manage coffee, tea, milk and service inventory • Champion customer engagement and elevate service using our MAVAM setup • Be an ambassador for specialty coffee and tea at TAB X TAB

About You: – 5+ years in specialty coffee with team leadership experience – Strong knowledge of coffee, eager to keep learning – Warm, engaging, and committed to guest customer experience – Based in the UK with the right to work, fluent in English
